A privately held company headquartered in New York City with offices in California and China, H.I.S. Juveniles, Inc. started in 2002 under the corporate umbrella of I. Shamah and sons, a packaging company founded in 1952 that became one of the world’s leading suppliers of vinyl packaging to the home textiles industry. Thereafter, I Shamah & Sons ventured out to help build several powerful consumer products companies in the textile & accessory world.

H.I.S. Juveniles has grown to become a powerful and strong team of creative and dynamic professionals with extensive experience in the world of Infant and Juvenile Products.

What began as a small supplier of private label infant and juvenile products, H.I.S. Juveniles today, designs, develops, manufactures and distributes a comprehensive line of infant and juvenile products under well known private label and licensed brands. Our products are offered throughout the United States and in many countries worldwide.

Our mission is to create infant and juvenile products that are safe, fun, creative and most of all innovative. Products that are used daily and become a highlight in a baby’s early years. We strive to develop and introduce products that enhance the parent/child experience in a safe, fun, loving and positive way.
